How to use Merge PDF
- 1
Add Your PDFs
Drop two or more PDF files into the box, or click to browse. You can also add JPG or PNG images — each becomes a page.
- 2
Arrange the Pages
Every page appears as a thumbnail, color-coded by file. Drag pages (or use the arrows) to put them in the order you want.
- 3
Tidy Up (Optional)
Rotate sideways pages, delete pages you don't need, duplicate pages, or insert blank pages. Undo any change with Ctrl+Z.
- 4
Download
Name your file and click Download PDF. The merged document is created on your device in seconds.
How Utilby Processes PDFs Privately
Most online PDF tools upload your document to their servers. Utilby doesn't. Pages are read and rebuilt directly in your browser using pdf-lib, and thumbnails are drawn with Mozilla's PDF.js — the same engine that powers Firefox's PDF viewer.
Lossless page copying: When you merge, split, reorder, or rotate, each page is copied as-is into the new document. Text stays selectable and searchable, fonts stay embedded, and images keep their original resolution.
Works offline: After the page has loaded, you can disconnect from the internet and the tool keeps working — proof that nothing is being sent anywhere.
